|Draft Master Plan|
The Master Plan Subcommitee of the Planning Commission has compiled a Draft Master Plan and is seeking your comments. The subcommittee will provide the Planning Commission final recommendations which will then be brought before City Council for approval in July.
The Planning Commission will hold three public hearings to hear comments on the master plan. The dates are Tuesday, June 25 at 10am, Thursday June 27 at 2pm and Monday, July 1 at 7pm. All will take place in the council chambers of City Hall.
If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to add your comments, please send your suggestions to the Master Plan Subcommittee Chair David Gaskin at email@example.com or fill out our City Resident Feedback Form and direct your comments to the City Administration.

|Completion of NWF Mayors Monarch Pledge|
The Beautification Commission is happy to report the completion of the National Wildlife Federation Mayors Monarch Pledge over a two year period (December 2016 - December 2018). The Commission pledged 8 tasks and completed 15!

In December 2018 as part of our pledge to the Monarch Butterfly we have certified Patterson Park as a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat. Please look for the Certified Wildlife Habitat sign soon to be posted at Patterson!
|2019 Park Pass Application|
Renters must submit a 2019 Park Pass Application to obtain a 2019 Park Pass. Please fill out a form online, at City Hall or pick one up from the Patterson and Windmill Pointe Gatehouses. Please mail, use the drop box at City Hall, email the application to firstname.lastname@example.org or deliver the completed application to the Public Service Department in the Municipal Building at 15115 E. Jefferson Avenue, Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan 48230.
Processing will start Monday, December 3 and park passes will be mailed directly to renters. For further information, please click on the 2019 Park Pass Application below.

Residents of Grosse Pointe Park, please be advised the Planning Commission is seeking your comments and ideas for the City Master Plan. A Master Plan subcommittee has been formed comprising of Chair David Gaskin, Malik Goodwin and Mike Fikany. The subcommittee is to review the current master plan over the next few months, tour the City and gather public input.The subcommittee will provide the Planning Commission final recommendations which will then be brought before City Council for approval.
